August 12 -- CIRCLE G RANCH SHUTTLEThis year during Elvis Week we'll be providing a shuttle to the Circle G Ranch -- Elvis' private honeymoon retreat -- in Horn Lake, Mississippi for their "Day at the Ranch" event on Aug. 12. Circle G Ranch is a special, special place for Elvis fans, and this will be the first time it'll be open to the public! The event is from 1pm-6pm on August 12 only. Festivities will include live music, food vendors, a meet and greet with the Memphis Mafia — returning to the Ranch after 50 years with stories and merchandise —children’s activities, a preview of the Unknown Child Holocaust Memorial, photo ops and more. Experts will be on hand to talk about the history of the Ranch and explain the owners’ efforts to nominate the property to the National Register of Historic Places. Visitors will also have the chance to view conceptual plans for restoration of the Ranch and development as a culturally inspired entertainment destination that celebrates the heritage and achievement of the Mississippi Delta community. All that to say: it's gonna be great, don't miss it!
Shuttles to the ranch will depart from two locations, as follows:
Hard Rock Cafe (126 Beale St.) at 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 3:15pm and 4:45pm
Graceland Guest House at 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, and 4:00pm.
Return shuttles will depart from Circle G at 2:30pm, 4:00pm, and 6:15pm.
Price is $15/person round-trip. For more info, give us a call at 901-527-9415.
